Indian Cricket Players Salary List | Remuneration (All) [2024]

Do you want to know how much does the Indian cricket players earn every month? In this post, you can check the salary of all Indian team players (remuneration).

A cricketer earns in a number of ways. Not all cricketers get the same salary, Grade A players earn more than the Grade b and Grade c players. We can see them in detail below.

Retainer Fee: This is the fixed payment a cricketer gets per year. The best-performing cricket players will be in the Grade A.

  • The players in Grade A gets Rs. 2 Crore per year.
  • The players in the Grade B gets Rs. 1 crore per year.
  • The players in the Grade C gets Rs. 50 lakh per year.

Match Fee: It is the payment given to the cricketers for appearing in the international matches. Match fee is same for all three Grades: A, B, and C.

  • A player gets Rs. 15 lakh for every test match.
  • A player gets Rs. 600,000 for every one day.
  • A player gets Rs. 300,000 for every T20 match.

Individual Performance Bonuses: This is the payment given to the player when he gets good scores in an international match.

  • A player gets Rs. 500,000 for scoring a century in ODI or test.
  • A player gets Rs. 700,000 for a double century in a test.
  • A player gets Rs. 500,000 for taking 5 wickets in a T20, ODI or test.
  • A player gets Rs. 700,000 for taking 10 wickets in the test matches.

Team Performance Bonuses: This bonce will be given to all the players in the team if the performance of the team is good.

  • All the players in the team get 50% increase in the match fee if the Indian team wins a match against the top 3 test ranking side.
  • All the players in the team get 100% increase in the match fee if the Indian team wins the series against the top 3 test ranking side.
  • All the players in the team get 300% increase in the match fee if the Indian team wins T20 or ODI world cups.

Endorsement Fee: The above payments are given by the BCCI but the cricketers also earn by acting in advertisements.

  • Virat Kohli endorsement fee – Rs 5 crore per day (around 12 crore endorsement each year).
  • MS Dhoni endorsement fee – Rs 3-3.5 crore per day (around 10 crore endorsement each year).
  • Sachin Tendulkar endorsement fee – Rs 6 to 7 crore per year.
  • Ravichandran Ashwin endorsement fee – Rs 1.25 to 1.75 crore per year.
  • Yuvraj Singh endorsement fee – Rs 1 to 2 crore per year.
  • Rohit Sharma endorsement fee – Rs 75 lakhs to 1 crore per year.
  • Shikhar Dhawan endorsement fee – Rs 75 lakhs to 1 crore per year.
  • Suresh Raina endorsement fee – Rs 25 to 30 lakhs per year.
  • Ajinkya Rahane endorsement fee – Rs 25 to 30 lakhs per year.
  • Ravindra Jadeja endorsement fee – Rs 25 to 30 lakhs per year.
